Last updated: July 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the MediBook platform. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using MediBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MediBook provides a conversational AI booking agent that clinics can embed on their websites to let patients book, reschedule, and cancel appointments. The Service includes clinic dashboards, doctor management, time-slot scheduling, an embeddable widget, and a usage-based credit system.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering a clinic account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Clinics are responsible for the login credentials they issue to their doctors.
- You must be a legally operating healthcare provider or authorized representative to register a clinic.
4. Credits & Payments
- The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Each AI conversation message consumes credits as described on your dashboard.
- New clinics receive a complimentary allotment of free credits on signup.
- Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and may be updated with prior notice.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Razorpay); we do not store your full card details.
5. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- You may not use the Service to send spam or to collect personal data without proper consent.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable healthcare, data-protection, and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Medical Disclaimer
MediBook is a scheduling and communication tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health-related information exchanged through the Service is between the patient and the clinic. MediBook is not a party to the doctor–patient relationship and bears no responsibility for clinical decisions or outcomes.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and branding of the MediBook platform remain the property of MediBook and its licensors. Clinics retain ownership of their own data, doctor information, and patient records processed through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (such as liability limits) survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
